Beverly's passion for painting and creating art started at a very young age. Though largely self taught she has taken workshops and night classes over the years to be introduced to new concepts and processes.

In the 1970's Beverly started painting with oils, but over the last 15 years or so, she expanded her skills to other media such as water colors, pencil drawings, digitally enhanced photography and now various silk paintings and creations. Her current efforts are focused on silk paintings.

Beverly Johnson Art can be found in several local Santa Maria, California locations such as the Santa Maria Airport, and the Town Center Gallery, The Mussell Senior Center, Santa Maria, CA.
